Hey there!
My name is Montana and I created Melt Wellness for people who are ready to thrive in their daily lives through exercise, nutrition, and much more with the help of personalized coaching here in Grand Cayman.
As a certified personal trainer, life coach, and nutrition coach, my goal is to help you overcome any obstacles you may be facing in order to create and maintain healthy habits for life.

ABOUT ME & My Approach
I’ve been on my own wellness journey for the past 10 years and I’ve come to know the ups and downs, the triumphs and challenges, the confusion, and internal battles that one can face when striving to find their healthiest and most whole self. It’s no easy feat, and a good support system can make all the difference. That’s what I’m here for.
With a focus on personal training and physical fitness, my additional knowledge in nutrition coaching and life coaching allows me to provide a well rounded approach to fitness to give you the best chance at accomplishing your goals and creating long lasting change from within.
By focusing on functional training, I’ll work with you to increase your strength, mobility, and ultimately your confidence while taking any other goals that you may have into account. Understand that our sessions are a safe space to talk about nutrition, wellness practices, and any concerns or questions you may have. No matter what, my aim is to help you feel your best, provide guidance, and support you every step of the way as you continue on your journey towards wellness - whatever that means for you.
