free fitness consultation & Movement assessment
We’ll chat about your fitness goals and any concerns or questions that you may have, as well as complete a movement assessment where you’ll perform a few exercises for my review to see what can be improved upon.
personalized workouts
Whether you’re planning on working out at home or at your local gym, I’ll create a personalized workout program for you based on your goals, time, and equipment availability.
Support & accountability
Even though I won’t be working out with you, you still get the benefits that come with having a coach. Through weekly check-ins, I’ll provide feedback on technique, answer any questions you may have, and adjust and progress your program as needed. You won’t have to do this alone!

After signing up for online training, I will help you create an account where your entire program can be conveniently accessed online on a phone app or on a computer.

I do not. Every work out you access will contain video demonstrations, sets, reps, and other instructions so that you can properly execute the workout on your own.

Equipment isn’t necessary! I can create a program for you based on what you have available to you. If that availability changes, I can update your program to account for that.
